Today was a great day, Sara is now off the ventilator, and breathing well! She's more awake, and answering questions with whispers or nods. It's so good to see her not sedated! We're so happy she's extubated, and this week if she's well enough they'll pull the chest drains, pacing wires, and LA line hopefully. Thanks for keeping up with us here, it's been a slow recovery, but uphill!

Wow PTL, soo great & excited to see this awesome news! :) It seems like a slow recovery when you have to wait but really it is awesome to see this in less than a week.:) I'm amazed & continue to pray for her recovery. Incredible to hear she is breathe well & than she is more awake!! :) Please tell her we miss her, love her & can't wait to video chat with her in the come weeks. Also tell Hailey & Sara we are going to create a nice play you for them when you are able to visit our new home. Hugs Love & Prayers <3 <3 <3 <3

Just to let you guys know how thrilled we were when we heard that Sara is no longer on the ventilator and doing so well with her breathing and other steps towards her recovery. So incredible to get that good news!
